  • I work on a national programme reviewing different sections of an App available to all citizens, ensuring that each journey runs smoothly and user needs are met.

  • Many! Ranging far from "softer" skills like presentation and communication skills as well as more targeted skills more related to my role.

  • Well, it has been running for many years and is well-established. Some red tape policies

  • A lot, you get two managers - one focusing on work and one focusing on more back office related things

  • They are okay, not the best, are supportive but not the best adcvice

  • In some aspects yes, as it is business management it covers many aspects but not more isolated areas

  • Yes many, ranging from societies just like you would get at university as well as communities non-related to day-to-day work to allow you to develop your skills outside this role

  • Great place to learn and develop as well as getting many other opportunities

  • Research a lot! This will make you stand out and those people who have completed their research can perform better and more confidently within the application process
