I enjoy my programme but am probably wanting to do something more challenging afterwards. However saying that it has been a great place to start.

The company has so many opportunities no matter what grade you are. Everyone is so welcoming and the business is extremely interesting in what it offers and achieves.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arup?

Be open minded to any role and opportunities and put yourself out there to meet as many new people no matter the grade or role.
