I work in a Nursery and our job is to meet children's needs, through good practice.

Yes, over my course I have learnt a lot about the needs of children and how they are met effectively. It has been informative.

I enjoy my programme a lot. I have a great Apprenticeship Manager and Tutor. They're available 24/7 to help with any questions.

It is well structured and organised. We have weekly recaps and 1 to 1 sessions where we go over what we have learnt and how we are getting on with the course. We are always checked up on and helped. The lessons are always great and can be tailored to each individuals learning style.

We receive a lot of support as they check up on how we are doing and we learn on the job. We are told when things might be useful to take back to the classroom.

All the support we can get! We have weekly check ins where we are asked how we're getting on and if we need help with any areas we struggle with.

I feel it has helped a lot! As I can take things I've learnt from the course and apply them in the setting.
