My role was to provide children with care and support to every child in our care. We will feed them, teach them their first skills, put them to sleep, provide intriguing activity’s to explore and run wild.

Yep, patience, my creativity, knowing what to do when I have my own, nappy changing, making a bottle, knowing it’s not just “looking after children” it’s more than that, coping with tough situations. My people’s skills has also improved
