  • i am the first point of contact for business and commercial customer reporting fraud or scams on their account and i handle the cases day to day and any fraud alerts that come up on the system i would call out to customers and report on

  • i have developed my time managing and multitasking with having to deal with multiple aspects of the job and keep on top of deadlines. also my communication skills with dealing with customers day to day.

  • i enjoy the challenging aspect of my work and the social side of cooperating with colleagues in order to get info on a case or learn the different aspects from them and begin to specialize.

  • it is well organised for an hour a day of apprentice time and makes time for the meetings but soemtimes shifts clash with the meeting times for before a shift starts late.

  • i receive as much support as i need to complete all my work and make deadlines on time

  • i receive the weekly calls to go through the work. i do not know where to go as a point of contact for any help from the trainer provider.

  • i believe the qualification will help me excel in my role at my job
