  • Communicating with teams to derive metrics. These metrics need to be put into a presentation format prior to being sent to senior members of the bank.

  • Yes - Microsoft Skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access) . These can be used to derive metrics from large raw data sets and to automate systems.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It allowed me to learn a lot of skills on the Job. Alongside this, I've managed to gain a strong network whilst gaining the experience.

  • The course is very independent meaning organisation and structure is governed by yourself. There is an initial introduction and overview but you are left to push yourself.

  • My manager/Hr team and mentors have all been excellent in helping build my career and knowledge set.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • You are provided with a tutor who helps you understand what needs to be done and by when. They are also supportive in reviewing the work you've done and ensuring its to a good standard.

  • The qualification I study for has very little correlation to the current role I'm in however can Aid me in the future.

  • My employer has an Analyst and Associates Programme which apprentices can also be involved in. They host ad-hoc events which are enjoyable.

  • Friendly but firm company which allows for a lot of growth and development for anyone young.
