  • My role is first point of contact for premier banking customers over the telephone, my job is to deliver excellent customer service and help deal with customer requests and queries

  • Yes. It is a different environment to any I have worked in before it is very professional and thorough and it has improved my time keeping and organization

  • I am enjoying learning new skills, it is a high amount of work but it will be worth it for what I will learn

  • reasonably well organized a bit tough to understand to begin with but now in the swing of things
