My role is first point of contact for premier banking customers over the telephone, my job is to deliver excellent customer service and help deal with customer requests and queries
Yes. It is a different environment to any I have worked in before it is very professional and thorough and it has improved my time keeping and organization
I am enjoying learning new skills, it is a high amount of work but it will be worth it for what I will learn
reasonably well organized a bit tough to understand to begin with but now in the swing of things
