The start was a little bumpy, now the course has started and there is structure and a learning plan it runs very smoothly and I have a lot of support.
A great deal of support. In particular my manager who goes out of her way to help me. I feel she goes above and beyond.
They are quick to respond to emails, and have regular check ins to see how you are getting on. I feel very supported and I do not feel overwhelmed or alone as someone is always at the end of the phone.

There is always events, coffee mornings, days out, meetings, social clubs. There is such a variety to chose from.
