  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme as I am learning on the job so I can develop my skills and knowledge and apply that to my day to day tasks. I like the length of my programme as I have been given enough time to complete it meaning I am able to manage my workload.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was in place for me to start as soon as I started the job role. It is well structured as I am aware of what tasks need to be completed and when for. I always learn the required knowledge before I complete my tasks so I don't struggle.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer as I have regular meetings with my line manager to discuss my progress and any problems or concerns I may have. I'm also able to flag up any issues to my colleagues. If I need further support I know the relevant contacts within the business.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have regular sessions with my tutor whether that be virtual or face to face. These sessions involve us going through the tasks I have completed and we then check I have completed them to a high enough standard. Then new tasks are set form to complete for my next session.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification focuses more on business as a whole and what happens higher up. Learning about things that go on in the background and what is involved in the business allows me to gain a better understanding of the workforce overall. However, it isn't always relevant to my job role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are always extra activities that are going on within the business that I am able to attend if I wish. This includes sports teams and events to learn and/or celebrate. These are great to meet new people among the business and they are held both virtually and face-to-face.
