    • Taking ownership of the Leads process, warming up new leads for the sales team, generating new leads.

    • Developing of MS Excel through IT modules, conducting training and presentation. Level 3 Sales Apprenticeship. Sales training, Growth Mindset training, Internal Product and system training. External Sales training.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Overall, I enjoy being an apprenticeship and learning on the job. There is some difficulty with the University of the West London and delivering the programme, not realising we are apprentices.

    • Very well organised, with good support. Have dedicated people to support apprentices.

    • A lot of support from employers, manager is very supporting of off the job, support is easily accessible and mentor is always available.

    • Tutor does not often get in contact/does not seem to want to solve problems.

    • I feel the skills I have learnt have enabled me to progress in my role and abled me to bring skills to the team.

    • Healthcare/Pearson Punt/Social exercises such as dinner, 4 volunteering days.

    • Overall great company to work for, very supportive teams, inclusive workforce and good progression.

    • Research and have knowledge of the education sector and ensure you go into a part of the business that interests you.
