  • Very well structured, we have a year in each role and also good split between the aprenticeship and the job role with 20% out of role.

  • A lot of support in the form of regular check ins with management.

  • Good support, regular check ins every 6 weeks.

  • Not all directly applicable in role however all of the qualification helps.
