    • I manage a portfolio of businesses with turnover between 25m and 350m. My role involves, finding new clients, lending requests, risk & portfolio management

    • I have learnt loads of new skills in the apprenticeship which is Level 7 Chartered accountancy with ICAEW The experience gains enables me to train others and provide my clients with a better experience

    • Thoroughly enjoyable and insightful. Kaplan are an excellent training provider

    • The programme is perfectly structured

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I receive as much support as I require. HSBC are extremely supportive providing me with time off to achieve my apprenticeship

    • Lots of support, the Kaplan learning structure is fantastic

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It has enhanced my skills and allows me to have more in depth conversations with my customers and also improves my ability's to manage risk, strategy and analysis

    • We have a social event roughly once per quarter. As part of my role I am engaged in numerous networking events

    • HSBC are a fantastic employer, they have supported me to better myself and my skills

    • The work environment is challenging at times however HSBC will support employees to achieve their goals and develop in their career
