    • customer facing - taking calls with customers and meeting their wants and needs to the best of our ability. networking and apprenticeship work comes into my working week aswell

    • communication, time management and people skills have improved drastically

    • i enjoy it very much, it gives me a great chance to develop myself and my career

    • it is well structured, everything is laid out in a simplistic way with targets and timeframes to meet

    • managers and department managers provide lots of support to us, as well as talent coaches from the apprentice program

    • calls are scheduled every few weeks for progress updates and i can request contact to any of them at any point

    • both the role and apprenticeship work hand in hand, and both give me opportunities and skills that i can use in the other

    • as being new i am still unsure of this, but new opportunities are arising all the time
