  • I love the programme as i feel part of a community and have full support from my line manager peers and team. Computacenter value you as a person and will develop you as much as you want.

  • The training provider side of things is ok, i am given a learning mentor and they help. However from the company i am able to get so much support from my team, line manager and other neworks

  • So much, they want you to thrive and grow and allow you to develop at your pace.

  • Fair amount - I wish i could get more.

  • It helps me understand the challenges, different project types and ways to manage these. So i am more professional with my answers

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • So many - We have monthly apprentice networking sessions with senior members of the business. Social activities, sports days and fishbowl activities. The company want to hear from apprentices and will always take on board suggestions at events.

  • Yes

  • Everyone wants to help everyone. It has a friendly feel and i share the values of the company.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
  • Be the best version of yourself, they want a mixture of people with a mix of personalities. Go for it!
