    • very good atmosphere, everyone in the company is very close and work together, everyone is willing to help and nice. enjoy it very much and meets expectations

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • brought into programme smoothly with adequate training, was given buddies and support when starting to help us learn, apprentice programme is pretty well structured and can be changed to meet apprentice expectations. alot of support around the business and work load is enough to keep you busy, if you have to much it is easy to redistribute with no issues.

    • receive alot of support from everyone around the business including apprenticeship,

    • receive 1-2-1 training and mentoring, very good help and good recourses given to help us

    • helps with making sure i am keeping in line with organisational procedures and policies and regulations

    • company offer lots of events and opportunity to volunteer, opportunity to meet lots of important people and get name out there

    • very good work environment to work in, don't feel under pressure or worry about being shouted at, very understanding, work is fun
