I am a leader of a team in the branch network. Coaching and supporting team to deliver exceptional customer service. Management of Risk. Community partnerships. Financial Education in Schools and community groups

I'm getting used the the online structure in BUD but it has taken a little while to clearly work out expectations

My line manager is supportive of my studies and I regularly arrange time to complete, however business changes do mean this time can get squeezed. I enjoy the studies and then catch up in my own time.
