  • Fulfilment Centre (FC) Associate Tasks and Responsibilities As an FC Associate I may be asked to work in various areas of the building, the main departments being Inbound and Outbound. Tasks may include: • Efficiently and effectively receiving & storing goods inwards following Amazon's internal processes and procedures and using radio frequency (RF) scanners • Pick customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity • Accurately pick products to ensure customers’ high expectations, potentially on a multi-level mezzanine are met • Accurately read instructions from a scanner • Consistently achieve Minimum Acceptable Performance Standard (MAPS) set for department • Adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I appreciate that I will be learning new skills. I look forward to completing 20% entitlement to learning away from the job WDA (Workplace Development Activities) = 8 hours across both shifts Friday to Monday e.g., shadowing a Peer, working in a different department, within a different team or in a different location?

  • I appreciate that the course is being delivered via virtual meetings and I like the straightforward explanation via PowerPoint.

  • I am supported by Team Leaders and Managers in my work areas.

  • I am supported via mobile phone and e-mail.

  • I believe that I am and will be provided with all resources necessary to complete my apprenticeship.

  • Yes, but I am not currently participating in these activities.

  • I would approach Amazon with a 'growth mindset’ not only based on my brains and talent but also incorporating Hard work, Discipline, and Determination.
