  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get as much support as possible. It’s very easy to approach managers and team lead about your apprenticeship. Sometimes they also don’t have answers to your question but they will always direct you to someone who does have answers. Also, they always let us go for our apprenticeship without hesitation or complain.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Sometimes there are activities like sport events, talent hunts or competition. I heard there used to be post peak party after the new year but that didn’t happen this year due to coronavirus. Not much extra-curricular activities but Amazon always celebrate special seasons or days and opportunities to win vouchers or something.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Amazon to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Amazon to a friend because it is a great place to work. This is because Amazon looks after it’s employees and does not take any employee for granted. Every employee is so important to them that they go all the way to support employees who they know are willing to work towards helping the company meet its goals and objectives.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
  • I would advice them to make sure to be ready to work if they want to get the best out of Amazon. Amazon is not for lazy people and it’s also a place that provides a wide range of support for employees both in and outside of the company. Amazon supports with mental health, physical health, education, and so many others.
