    • As a team lead I will run the shift and work the met /exceed the goals set out by the am , ensure targets are met and customer orders are prioritized, support tier 1 associates with any issues they have or signpost them to someone that can resolve their issue.

    • learnt how to critically review and saw my organisation from a different perspective ,

    • it is a great programme that gives me a chance to get an education that i missed out on as i went straight into work , and it allows me to directly apply what i learn to my work

    • for the most part very organised and structured only concern is for the time frame for the second units and time to complete assignment is really short so this will be challenging

    • employer is very supportive and provide as much time as needed and offer support

    • the tutors have been very helpful and have made themselves available if needed

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • the qualification helps to get back to basics as I've been with the business for a while and allows to me to see through a different perspective which is very beneficial

    • there is affinity groups but not much activity going on at my FC

    • what started as a business in [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has expanded and become the leader in online retail and amazon is growing and purchasing many companies the benefits and basic pay is fair in todays market and a good place to grow and develop

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?

    • ask questions ,listen ,learn be willing to share new idea's on old process
