  • yes, how to use all the different ATMS, how to load them, using all the systems for customers, how to handle complex queries, counter knowledge and further development in customer service.

  • i really enjoy my programme and i love the team i work with all extremely helpful and really kind individuals willing to help at anytime.

  • full support, my father recently passed away and theyve been incredibly supportive

  • it helps because it is clear information given and taught to help when faced with the scenarios given in practice.

  • yeah there has been an escape room challenge, some quizes available which is fun!

  • because they look after the staff both financially and mentally and provide 100 percent support in anything you need from them which makes you want to push hard for the company you work with! fantastic pension scheme too!
