  • Yes my knowledge and skillset has grown immensely

  • I enjoy the learning, but I do not enjoy the pressure that comes with completing a degree level apprenticeship whilst working, and trying to find support within the workplace to complete tasks and projects

  • It is very well structured in terms of we know when the course will run, when we have meetings with our skills coach, albeit this course relies heavily on a lot of self-learning

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There could be more support, learners would benefit from an in-house tutor who they can rely on to find answers to any problems they face, assistance with supportive learning around academic writing, and a pool of work based tasks that compliment the courses offered.

  • I think the course offer what you sign up for, and are on hand to help you when struggling.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has provided me a solid foundation to broaden my knowledge in this area, which helps with strategy, and has provided my role with benefits. Although the course isn't quite matched to what I had hoped to achieve for future-proofing myself

  • I'm sure there are but I do not have the time to get involved
