  • Responsible for the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive business continuity and resilience management program for relevant business areas. Ensuring governance and compliance against the global Resilience policy influence local policies, standards and strategic direction work closely with business and country leaders ensuring resiliency processes and requirements are followed and identifying areas for improvement by overseeing reviews of risk assessment, business impact analysis and business recovery planning ensure documented plans and crisis communication/incident management capabilities are embedded, tested and exercised

  • Learnt new methodologies for assessing risks across geographies and business lines, undertook business continuity training for auditing

  • Joined in lockdown 2020 so the experience has been very different and still traying to understand the culture of the organisation as the majority of staff now work in a hybrid way Yes I enjoy it but it has been a challenge

  • Training, support and task delegation has been excellent allowing me to study when required
