  • It's challenging but I am learning a great deal. I find the quality of learning can vary dramatically, but I find it engaging overall.

  • It can feel a bit chaotic between the MBA qualification and the SLMDA.

  • If I ask I get support, but they don't largely offer it unless I ask, but that's fine.

  • It's there if I need it.

  • I am able to put a lot of this to use and plan on using it to help me get new roles and promotions in the future.

  • Sometimes, but still quite remote so it's limited.
