  • Your daily tasks change every year, depending on your role. Anything from an administrations, hosting and scheduling meetings, networking, managing people, project management etc.

  • Time management, project management, presentation skills, various internal courses and training including well-being, excel course, English qualifications etc.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love to work for HSBC, because they do look after their employees. I also really enjoy working in team and having the ability to try 4 different jobs, that you would normally not even consider. It is try before you buy and you get to know people

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There could be a better organisation and structure from our program team. Sometimes we feel that we were sold something different that what we are expected/asked to do now and communication also needs to be improved

  • Lot of support from line manager, but support from programme management could be improved. They sometimes don't understand the pressure we can be under

  • I absolutely adore my Kaplan talent coach - very supportive and knowledgeable. I feel supported by him and know that he is there for me

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It deepens my current knowledge that I gained through an experience, it also makes me more confident, because I know that my skills are becoming stronger and I can apply them to my day to day tasks

  • Volunteering opportunities, Kaplan courses, LIBF courses/webinars, company webinars and training sessions

  • They do look after their employees and offer a great range of benefits for myself and my family

  • Be yourself, look up information about the company and be passionate about their values!! :)
