  • I really enjoy my programme. It's challenging, insightful and the theory can be practiced.

  • Pretty good. Structured ILT and monthly check ins with a skills coach.

  • Lots. 20% of my time ion-the-job is dedicated to study.

  • A lot - good feedback in regard to meeting the objectives of reports, check in's and excellent facilitators.

  • I can apply the learning straight away.

  • A few but could be more. The main problem is logistics.

  • The company has great benefits. The work can be challenging and they employ staff who are kind.
