  • I have gained a vast amount of knowledge completing the team leader apprenticeship

  • I have enjoyed all aspects of the apprenticeship programme

  • The programme was very well organised and adapted well with all the issues associated with Covid

  • I have received all the support I could ask for, from time off to complete my assignments to equipment in order to assist me

  • Again, I could not fault the support I have been provided from my training provider

  • The qualification, has helped me better understand how to manage a team in all aspects.

  • We do have team building evenings and lots of additional courses to complete
