    • Learnt many new skills - how to audit various areas (including payroll, ticking etc)

    • I enjoy learning whilst on the job and being proactive / additionally I love the social side of being in the office and meeting lots of new people

    • Very organised - I am always aware of when my next exam is or which engagement I am on and when

    • I receive a lot of support - I have a performance manager who is available to help and also have a buddy which was assigned when I first joined

    • Yes there is a fair amount of support through the college sessions we have

    • It helps me to understand key terms that I see throughout my work and also the purpose of the work I am doing whilst on the job

    • Yes there are lots of clubs to get involved in such as social committees and digital groups
