Putting out deliveries, till functions, stock replenishment tasks, facing and customer service.
I have learnt how to approach customers and how to maximise sales.
I enjoy my apprenticeship but do not get enough time to train and study. Do not get 20% of working hours as study time, they say that the study time involves learning new work related tasks but it should be off the job studying.

Employer expects us to complete a very large range of tasks despite needing to complete training. They want us to work but do not show enough support for the off the job work.
I get amazing support from my apprenticeship coach she is very helpful but sometimes doesn’t understand the pressures within store. My manager does not show much support regarding my training.

They expect us to complete tasks with such little time. Sales targets are close to impossible.
Do not apply for apprenticeship as you will not get much time to do you studying and will have to do it all from home and not get paid for it.
