  • We got to hear from various professionals and they helped us to advance our skills. These included interview prep, CV prep, skills assessment prep and a few more areas. We also got feedback on our projects and had to interact with 3 zoom teams throughout the session.

  • 3. To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?
  • I mostly enjoyed it. It met my expectations, but it was online which limited the quality of the experience despite partaking as much as I could. Zoom teams were incredibly awkward and it was hard to start conversations.

  • Very well organised, with a good programme structure. It only lost connection once.

  • We learnt about diversity and inclusion policies which did help me to feel the evolution of finance and banking away from the more male-dominated and conservative sector.
