  • A lot. About how hsbc operate and what it means to work there. This included valuing diversity and differences in opinion whilst still getting the job done

  • Quite a bit as it allowed me to affirm my aspirations to work in finance in the future

  • A diverse company with a welcoming culture. It was very pleasing to work there and as a result I rlly gained a lot from this programme

  • Be yourself in the interview. Be clear in your answers on the lessons you’ve learnt and how this improved your skills - you don’t have to get every situation “correct”!
