  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme however it would have been better had the delegates been able to meet face to face however this was not possible due to covid. 18 months of learning without seeing either the tutor or peers face to face is a long time.

  • I received a lot of support from my employer. I found that the course required more than the outlined 20% off the job time to complete the course and my employer enabled me to do this to maximise the value of the course.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Skanska?
  • To succeed you need to be prepared to be on a journey of continual learning. The value of what you know or think you know when starting the job will diminish over time. It is only by continually learning and improving your skills that you will be able to succeed in the long term.
