  • My Role is field based and incorporates a lot of driving to customers properties. Once i arrive it is my duty to diagnose and fix problems regarding the customers Broadband service with Sky.

  • I have learnt new and developed many new Skills during my time at Sky. How to communicate with customers and how to effectively work on my own. To name just a few.

  • I really enjoy working for Sky and the programme is really good.

  • It could be organised better some weeks/months me and a few other apprentices are not sure what the company and learning provider need or want from us

  • Sky are very supportive once they understand the issue they are very helpful and put plans in place

  • I believe i already knew a lot of what is being taught through my programme so it has helped me understand a few more things which help me out in day to day life

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Sky are a really inclusive employer and many teams have social gatherings outside of work. Sky really push Team volunteering days to help build team morale but also help the local communities.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Sky is a top place to work and really include everyone in all activities.they care for staff and always try to do whats right for the customer and for their employees. Wage is good and benefits even better.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sky?
  • go for it. At Sky they believe in you and you have every right to believe in yourself. Be yourself let your personality shine through they employ real people not robots.
