  • There’s opportunities for progression, the communication between head office and store teams is consistent and clear and staff are rewarded for their hard work


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland?
  • Demonstrate your strengths and tailor them to the role of working in supermarket retail. This is a fast paced environment where you are expected to work all hours so provide examples of how you’ve fared well in challenging workplace situations.
