  • General Manager of a pub; ensuring guests receive great customer service and good quality food, health and safety compliance, stock takes, social media marketing, recruitment and team development ect

  • Developed my leadership style and understood how to alternate my techniques to fit with different employees based on their experience of completing tasks and soft skills.

  • The programme is really helpful in helping me understand how I can be a better manager and develop my own soft skills.

  • Dates provided ahead of time for calls with flexibility around working shifts. I always know what I need to have completed in time.

  • Line manager really values this experience I am gaining and provides support himself as well as with networking opportunities.

  • Great conversations that help me think outside of the box and to understand differing perspectives than my own.

  • Soft skills are invaluable in my current job role, this course is also helping me understanding my next career steps.

  • Not that I am aware of currently, however, the team are friendly and provide support when I require it.
