My role includes running the shop, so opening up and closing the store. Delegating tasks to staff daily and keeping on track of daily office tasks.
I’ve become more confident within myself. I’m now able to run the store and feel comfortable with doing so
I enjoy it a lot, even though my job can be stressful at times
It is very organised, I get regular calls with my assessor and I know I can message if I need any help
I get a lot of support from my workplace and colleagues and I get a lot of support from my assessor
I receive lots of support all the time within my job role
I think the training and the module I complete really help me with my everyday job and I’m improving and learning all the time
Not where I work, however I am friends with a lot of the people I work with so I do get to socialise with them outside of work too
Yes
I think they’re a good company to work for and offer lots of opportunities if you wish to progress
If you want to succeed work hard and you’ll get to where you want to be
