  • My role includes running the shop, so opening up and closing the store. Delegating tasks to staff daily and keeping on track of daily office tasks.

  • I’ve become more confident within myself. I’m now able to run the store and feel comfortable with doing so

  • I enjoy it a lot, even though my job can be stressful at times

  • It is very organised, I get regular calls with my assessor and I know I can message if I need any help

  • I get a lot of support from my workplace and colleagues and I get a lot of support from my assessor

  • I think the training and the module I complete really help me with my everyday job and I’m improving and learning all the time

  • Not where I work, however I am friends with a lot of the people I work with so I do get to socialise with them outside of work too
