  • I am a customer assistant so I am constantly giving customers the best retail experience, I assist on shop floor and also in the warehouse, doing tasks with stock, legal and financial.

  • I have developed more skills in working with the public and giving a service to benefit them. I have also gained experience in different categories such as legal and finance.

  • I have really enjoyed the apprenticeship and I had an amazing assessor who constantly offered support to me.

  • Very well organised from external assessors etc however not as structured internally.

  • I haven’t received the best support since change over in management.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support externally from my trainer/assessor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] she is always willing to offer her help, answer any questions and queries, I have had less support in store.

  • I have learnt a range of new skills and it has spurred me on to push myself and improve in all concepts of the business and to have passion towards what I do.

  • The support through the apprenticeship scheme and the assessors/trainers is great.
