  • I have hugely developed my knowledge as i knew very little about investments when i joined as a school leaver and have worked my way up in the organisation.

  • The context of the programme has been varied and challenging which has made it enjoyable

  • It is very well organised with clear deadlines set out for the year well in advance.

  • abrdn has supported me greatly since day 1 on the programme and my workplace mentor as well as wider department have all contributed to my success on the programme.

  • abrdn provide a lot of support in the form of study days, helpful and knowledgeable mentors and colleagues willing to take time to help when you feel you need a helping hand.

  • It has given me a lot of confidence and expanded my knowledge in a lot of different areas of our business which has helped me to perform better each year.

  • I try to get involved as much as i can particularly in the social activities.
