Assisting my line manager with tasks that need to be completed to specific deadlines. I take any possible opportunity to learn and research areas of construction. As I work closely with more senior management, it is a guided and structured learning environment, which helps with management skills.

Very much and exceeds expectations. Definitely helps to be with an amazing company and team!

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Skanska have been very helpful and organised throughout the whole process since the beginning. London Southbank can be better organised and I think they may have not been the best choice for education or training but its better than nothing.

Definitely helps put everything into perspective and helps understand processes onsite
