  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role at the minute is to train at Bridgwater and Taunton College to learn the basic fundamental skills of Pipe welding. So I weld in the workshop everyday and try to improve on my welding skills but we also learn how to use equipment appropriately. • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Well Cavendish have provided us with PPE but they can be slow and usually when it comes to things like gloves the college provided it so on Cavendish I would say its been a little poor with the speed things are done at.
