  • yes but not to the extent/depth I would have expected but this will improve with time

  • it is a lot of workload can be overwhelming at times, load levelling is non-existent but its the nature of the course. At times it can be rewarding but often feel appropriate recognition for hard work isnt given.

  • The scheme is fine but has been confusing at times, more communication and support from management is needed.
