Overseeing Installation of services in properties, including managing, instructing and assisting sub contractors
yes, helped me to develop my management/leadership skills helped me gain knowledge on relevant subjects
really enjoy it, can be stressful but thats normal in the line of work

definitely, the communication on site and even across multiple sites is very good, you can be involved in many activities

because its an interesting industry which teaches you innovation and its dynamic also because the the training from skanska is one of the best in the industry
