  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme. I have a great coach and get on well with her. I know if i need her help in any way she will help me as much a she can. She is very understanding about family matters as i have had to reschedule a couple of meetings due to ill faily memebers and she always follows up to see how both myslef and family memeber are doing. I feel it has really helped me open up a bit more and get out of my comfort zone and i feel it has helped boost my confidence level.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There's not so much any sports teams or events like that. We do try to have nights out as a team whether its going for a meal or bowling etc, but i am also more involved in helping other staff memebrs progress in their careers with the company. I am taking memebrs of staff aside and helping them trough their non-trade to trade progression.
