  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • In the Business and Administration Apprenticeship you complete all College assignments and tasks set by the assessor during your work hours. We complete this via OneFile where we are able to track progression, deadlines and also contact the college assessors for support. Personally i believe that City College need to improve the support system for students as i have had previous experience of assessors taking weeks/months to respond via the given contact details. This can cause distribution to time management and meeting specific deadlines.
