  • This is the first year they have run a finance apprenticeship, so at times it has felt a little disorganised, but that is sometimes the reality of working.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The AAT qualification is quite lacking as it is very basic, I have only been able to apply the very basics of it to work, most of the tasks at work are well beyond the scope of the qualificatio.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Plenty of socials with other apprentices, sports teams and networks. I feel like the business is a bit behind on team events though, rarely go out or interact with team outside of work.
