Assisting fitters on daily jobs whilst adding to my own knowledge as an electrical engineering apprentice
Yes, i have learned many new skills whilst developing skills i already had.
I enjoy the programme a lot
Very well structured and organised especially throughout the COVID pandemic
I recieve a lot of support from my employer, such as my early careers manager and assessor. Babcock have put me on many courses within the company and outside.
Any support needed is provided
I think this is a good way to help with the learning of the role although i feel performance based help is more through hands on activities
