  • I enjoy the programme a lot

  • Very well structured and organised especially throughout the COVID pandemic

  • I recieve a lot of support from my employer, such as my early careers manager and assessor. Babcock have put me on many courses within the company and outside.

  • I think this is a good way to help with the learning of the role although i feel performance based help is more through hands on activities
