Skills developed: - software/application specific e.g. Anaplan - building relationships - excel skills - problem solving - analytical skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoy my role and look forward to going into work. Have a great team who are supportive and helpful.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. We had a formal graduate induction and there is a clear exam structure with study leave support given. My current and previous line managers have been very considerate of this.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I need. I have one scheduled weekly call with my line manager but also speak to him most weeks on a more frequent basis as needed. I have two mentors who I meet with monthly and have build a strong rapport up with.

6 weekly and half yearly calls.

Helps with my job and accounting knowledge which my job relies on

I have felt extremely supported since joining RSA, especially having joined during COVID and started by working remotely.
