My role is to maintain the hospital and make sure everything is running in order. We do Reactive, PPMS, Routines, Urgent etc.

I love working in the programme with my colleague's.

Very well organised, we have morning meetings and regular toolbox talks.

Yes, there is extra training and social activities. We also have regular meetings and talks.
