  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I did enjoy the programme, and it helped me to understand my role better. It was hard work trying to do the apprenticeship as well as be in role at the same time. The hard work has now paid off, and I believe I am a better manager for it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship is well organised and structured, I do believe it could be more structured with the trainer having more interaction with the learners line manager, this doesn’t happen and can sometimes be hard to keep the learner fully engaged. The set up of the apprenticeship works well though
