  • Trainee store manager at an iceland store involves being in charge of a team, dedicating tasks to staff members to do throughout the day. Keeping an eye on KPI's daily including wages and stockloss

  • I've learnt that not everyone learns new things the same way. Each person has a different way that is easier to learn.

  • I enjoy as I'm learning new things and becoming a better store manager especially regarding communication

  • Very well organised I recieve monthly emails and have monthly visits from my apprenticeship teacher

  • Alot someone is always on the end of the phone for me if I get stuck and need to contact them.

  • Alot as like I mentioned before my communication skills have came on massively
