Providing personal care to residents. Assisting with toilet needs. Dispensing and administrating medications. Record keeping. Domestic duties.
I've learnt a lot more indepth knowledge regarding certain areas such as abuse, communication barriers, medication needs and leadership responsibilities.
I enjoyed it very much. I found great pleasure in enhancing my existing knowledge and learning new things.
Very well organised. Clear and easily accessible also.
My manager was very supportive. I was consistently offered the use of work materials such as laptops and a quiet room to study.
My tutor was absolutely faultless. He constantly supported and encouraged my training, to which I am very grateful.
I'm able to perform a better role within my leadership status. I'm able to understand things better and use my gained knowledge to better myself.
Due to working nights, I'm limited on participating in extra curricular activities but should these arise and are accessible to me, I would gladly join in.
